Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes—DiveCatalog is an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, providing full manufacturer warranties, genuine products, and expert support.

How do I place an order?

Browse products, add to cart, and checkout securely. For assistance, contact support via email ([email protected]) or phone ((888)‑701‑4017) during store hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account, go to “My Account” → orders. Status options include: Order Confirmed; Fulfilled/Partially Fulfilled; Shipped/In Transit; Delivered; Canceled; Refunded.

How can I track my order?

We email a tracking number once your order ships. You can also find it in your account. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock or listed “Special Order,” we’ll notify you (usually within one business day). You can cancel or wait. Cards are charged only when the item ships (a hold may apply earlier).

What is your sales tax policy?

Sales tax is charged for orders shipping to states where required. Checkout shows an estimate; final amount is based on your shipping address.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted.

How do I cancel my order?

• Before shipping/packing: You can cancel via your account if the order hasn’t shipped.
After packing/shipment: Contact Customer Service. Special orders or non-returnable items can’t be canceled. If shipped, initiate a return after delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on shipping method. We ship from Southern California or other U.S. warehouses using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order via our Return portal. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. A restocking fee may apply if returned used or damaged.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Warranty

Are products covered by a warranty?

Yes—all new products come with full manufacturer warranties. Items labeled “Open Box” or “Used” may have different coverage.
